    Our welcoming Foundation students outside our fantastic, modern learning spaces.


    Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. We thank-you for giving us the opportunity to outline our educational programs and invite you to visit the school and see for yourself the outstanding curriculum and facilities we offer.

    At Heidelberg Primary School we aim to embed our school motto “We care what we do” into all aspects of school life. Our focus is on developing and nurturing every child. We place a strong emphasis on tailoring the teaching and learning to suit individual children’s needs and learning styles. This together with excellent facilities and many enrichment programs provide an outstanding learning environment for all children.

    Enrolment forms for Foundation 2021 will be available at our upcoming School tours, to be held as follows.  Please note: bookings NOT required!

    Once you have filled in the enrolment form, you will need to following documentation to enrol your child at HPS;

    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Copy of immunisation certificate
    • Copy of any court orders if applicable
    • Asthma or Anaphylaxis information (or other medical information) signed by a doctor.

    The Foundation Transition Program aims to provide our future students with an opportunity to participate in a program that will facilitate a smooth, happy and exciting start to their school life.

    During transition sessions students participate in a number of exciting familiarisation activities.

    They will spend time getting to know the current Foundation teachers, their classmates and become more confident in the school surroundings.
